This class is a nice step-up from the Essential Mat class, with more challenging moves, more flowing movement and more of the horrid exercises we love to hate.  Get your calorie burn up and build your strength and stamina in this rather fun classical & contemporary Pilates mash-up.
This class involves weight-bearing on the hands and wrists, spinal flexion, side-bending and some inversions.
