Building on the strong foundations of Essential +, you are introduced to the Intermediate work across all the studio equipment and learning the Classical matwork from basic to intermediate to support your body as it moves into the more challenging repertoire.  This class is not suitable for students with less than 40 hours of classes at the Essential + plus level.
